This is very cute, I love Fluttershy and I love her expression in this photo. This vector has amazing vision and impact, like with most vectors do and it's just overall adorable. I would have to wonder why you would request a critique on a vector though, since it isn't your own work. Was it to see how many people will praise your vectoring ability? Yeah, I don't know how vectoring works but I do believe that this didn't require much technique, considering there are so many other users on here that do this as well. I would also like to say, it's not very original. Yeah, love the picture, don't think you should be asking for critiques.
